In that I’m x-military my relocation took me out of state however in need of home inspection. Dan was so up front I had to go with the company. Dan walked me through the process with 100% of my requirements and I thank you for this plus I will always give you an outstanding recommendation. Thanks

Incredible home inspector! Used them from my realtor buddy who referred. Incredibly comprehensive inspection that covered all parts of the house with pictures to match every area. Using these guys while afar purchasing the home has made me feel much more confident in my purchase. If you’re in the Emerald Coast, use them!

I contacted Emerald Coast Home Inspectors LLC to inquire about wind mitigation and 4 point inspection assessments. Dan answered promptly. He informed he could come out later that day after telling me of the fair market price of the inspections. The report was delivered later that day as well. I appreciated his timeliness so much I used his services for a rental home too!

Outstanding customer service! Dan is professional, knowledgeable, reliable and most of all friendly. The inspection reports were clear, detailed, and easy to understand. The online portal is very convenient and efficient as well. I would definitely hire ECHI again and recommend Dan to anyone needing a home inspector!

I am moving from out of state to Florida. Dan, was my inspector, he’s very knowledgeable and was able to address any questions or concerns that I had. Turn around time was impeccable, his etiquette was on the spot, and great communication. Would recommend his services 10/10.
